Santa Cecilia

In the 30 kilometers that separate La Cruz from Santa Cecilia are found the diversity of natural transitional ecosystems, from wild zones covered by dry forests to gradually turn into the opposite, specifically, evergreen forests. The jungle, the rivers, its Caribbean weather, also receive an unexpected influence… the winds coming from lake Nicaragua refresh the whole La Cruz canton, and from Santa Cecilia can be observed this immense lake and the Ometepe Island.
